Welcome to the Community, @Neild1. I'm here to ensure you're able to print customers from a certain city and their specific service.

To achieve this task, you'll have to run the Transaction List by Customer report and set your desired date in the Report period field. This way, you'll be able to pull up the information you're looking for in your report. Then, make sure to add the shipping or delivery address column by customizing it from the small Gear icon. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. From the search field, enter Transaction List by Customer.
  3. Set the Report period.
  4. Check the Shipping or Billing Address box.

Please note that this report doesn't include the service done by the customer. That said, we don't have an exact report that shows both Customer's address and their specific service. However, if you want to include the service done by the customer, you can run the Sales by Product/Service detail report. Then check the Product/Service box from the settings to include this column. See the screenshot below for your visual guide.

After that, you can now export both reports and combine them based on the details you want to see. To do so, click the Export icon, then Export to Excel.

Once you have all the details you need, you can print them from your computer and present them to your buyers.

Moreover, there are many ways to customize your reports. You can filter them to show specific accounts or customers or format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place.  To learn more details about it, check out this link: Customize report in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have more queries about using QuickBooks. I'd be glad to assist you further, @Neild1.
