Need to find deleted/removed emails

I mistakenly removed all email items (receipts, customer invoices, employee paystubs, etc.) from the QB email queue. The actual reports (invoices, receipts, paystubs all in pdf format) were not permanently deleted, only the emails in queue. Is there any way via logs, transaction reports or other method, to discover which emails (or which addressees) were removed?

I understand that mistakes can happen, @cpc33852 and unfortunately, we cannot prevent all of them. Let me provide you with some information about retrieving deleted emails.

 

In QuickBooks Desktop, we can run the Audit Trail report that tracks changes made to transactions, including deletions. By reviewing this report, you may be able to identify the deleted transactions and recreate them if necessary. However, deleted emails and addresses are not included so we don't have the option to view which emails were removed.

 

Fortunately, we have another way to retrieve those emails. If you have a recent backup before the deletion, you can restore it and access the email items from there.
