CAN I PLEASE TALK TO SOMEONE IN SUPPORT IN CANADA. I GET THE PHILIPINES AND ALL I HEAR IS THE BACK GROUND AND  SUPPORT HAS NO CLUE ABOUT MY ISSUE.  THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.
