Need to stop Advertisement.

I don't need to borrow money.   Why in the hell are is QB marketing to me on my home screen.  I do not need pre-payment on invoices.   Why in the hell are is QB marketing to me on my home screen.  I absolutely refuse to have QB handle my funds in a QB Checking Account.   Why in the hell  is QB marketing to me on my home screen. 

 

They have access to my invoicing,  Why am I being targeted and Harassed by QB, a service I am paying for.    

 

Why in the hell did QB turn on CC payments when I did not approve it  Why am I being targeted and Harassed by QB,  Why are the stealing money from me.

 

We have enough struggles running a business.  We use QuickBooks by request of our accountants. 

 

So why are the business owner using QB being Harassed.

    Hello there, @paul14. I'll provide the help you need to address your queries and get rid of the advertisements you see when using QuickBooks Online (QBO).

     

    Before we proceed, please know that it isn't the experience we want you to have inside QBO. Please know that the pop-up notifications are present to suggest and guide you when using the program. Although ads can affect navigating the program, the option to disable them permanently is currently unavailable. Temporarily, you can click the X or No, thanks buttons to remove pop-ups from your QuickBooks homepage.

     

    Also, please be aware that the option to receive credit cards as payments through invoice is enabled if you have QuickBooks Payments or it's connected and activated inside your company file. When creating an invoice, you can toggle the Slider button in the Payment section on the right side of the invoice page. These are the steps:

     

    1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. On the left navigational bar, click the +New button.
    3. Select Invoice.
    4. On the right side, click Payment options and then toggle the Slider button in each accepted payment methods.
    5. Once done, continue adding the necessary details to your transaction and then click Save or Review and send button.

    Agreed, why do we spend $5K for Enterprise Desktop to get a damned payment processing ad with a check box "Please do not show me this message again" that doesn't work!  It is so frustrating that I have to wait for this ad to queue up when we're all trying to run a business.

     

    Intuit is trash and they have us by our necks.
