New Hard drive

I upgraded the hard drive on my laptop to an ssd drive. I cloned the old hard drive to the new hard drive. Everything works OK except Quickbooks. When I try to run QB I get 'Could not initialize license properties'. I am running an old version Quickbooks Premier Accountant Edition 2014.  I have the license and product ID but I dont know how to fix the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
