With the New Invoices why does it erase the total amount on the bottom when I try and send/print

I know the possible reason why the total amount doesn't show up when you try to send/print the invoice, pblitehous.

 

When trying to send/print an invoice and it erases the total amount, your browser's cache may be full. 

 

In the meantime. you can perform basic troubleshooting steps. Start by opening a private browser or an incognito window on your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Based on your browser type, please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After this, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate. 

In case private browsing doesn't work, let's use another supported web engine.
