The new format of invoices has undergone significant changes to enhance your experience and ensure that the information is clearer and more accessible, Cathy. Due to these changes, it is currently not possible to display the employee name on invoices in QuickBooks Online.

We strive to offer the best experience with our products, and we value your input. I encourage you to submit a product request for the inclusion of employee names on invoice line items. Your feedback will be considered for potential integration into future updates.

To submit feedback, follow these steps:

    1. Go to Settings and select Feedback.
    2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

I agree with Cathy.  I want the names associated with the tasks put back in.  Please do it ASAP.  Thank you.

PS: taking this feature out is NOT a product enhancement.  It just pisses off your users.
