New Layout

I can't update to the new invoice and estimate layout. When I click on "update Layout" it will change for a second then go back to the old layout

I understand the importance of reverting the new layout to create your invoices and estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO), kkhorton70. 

 

There's a possibility that certain users are unable to switch back to the new layout because of the computer or device and the QBO servers. However, QuickBooks may sometimes exhibit strange behavior or experience performance issues caused by browser problems. 

 

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to verify. We can first log in to your QBO account using a private browser.

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If there's no issue with using a private browser, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache.  If the issue persists, you can consider using another supported browser.
