new layout experience

My client cannot get the new layout experience and has lost the ability to send out estimates with the approve/decline button.  We have cleared cache and cookies.  Have disabled unsupported features and even upgraded to Plus Online.  Nothing is working.  QB support only says they are still rolling it out.  How long is this going to take.  Not efficient for running a business in this day and age.  I have researched all avenues on the web with no solution.

It could be that your client has chosen the old layout, which may be why the new experience feature isn't visible on their account. 

 

You can rest assured that we are moving forward with implementing the new Estimate experience, which comes with enhanced functionalities. Once the update is complete, your client will be able to use the new experience automatically.
