NEW TO QUICKBOOKS ONLINE

Says they offer free Guided setup but how do you set up the appointment to get this set up. I am coming from QB desktop. and have some questions that the guilds I found on line is not helping me with.

    Good to know that you're using QuickBooks Online. Yes, once you're new to QuickBooks Online, we offer a free guide set up through a phone call. 

     

    We can set up an appointment by contacting them within your QBO account. They'll surely provide you with the information you need during the setup.

     

    1. Log in to your QBO account and select the Help menu.
    2. Contact us.
    3. Enter the description of your concern. For example: Need help with set up.
    4. Click Continue.

     

    In the meantime, here are a few simple steps to get started with QuickBooks Online:

    2. Customize your invoices so you can bill customers: learn more
    3. Connect your business bank & credit card accounts so your transactions come into QuickBooks: learn more
