I thought the issue was using the incorrect browser and not Microsoft Edge, but today I am still having the same issue. Not the gentleman's fault I spoke with as it was correct before today.
Greetings, @Cathy11_2. I want to express my gratitude for the troubleshooting steps you have taken in to resolve the issue concerning the absence of a dollar amount when attempting to reconcile your account.
To ensure we're on the same page, when you attempt to reconcile your account the page displays no transactions? If so, you'll want to click the funnel in the upper left corner of the register and change the filters or clear it like status, transaction type, payee, and date. This way, all the transactions selected will be showing on the reconciliation page.
On the other hand, you can click the Edit info and make necessary changes like ending dates and amounts. QuickBooks uses this to check for accuracy. Make sure you entered the correct amount.
I would also appreciate it if you could provide a screenshot of the issue you are facing. This would enable me to provide you with the most accurate and effective solution to resolve the problem.
