No print option on app

Allow me to share some troubleshooting procedures that can bring back the print button. 

We can start by refreshing the app's data. It plays the same role as clearing the cache from your web browser. Both collect files to save time when loading repetitive data and images. They often become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like missing UIs. Here's how: 

Android

1. From More Options ⋮
2. Select Settings, then click Refresh Data.
3. Choose and select Yes.

iOS

1. From the Menu ☰.
2. Select Help & Feedback.
3. Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

If the issue persists, we may need to uninstall and reinstall the application to start fresh.
