Number key pad doesn’t work in iphone app when trying to correct recipe amounts. Ive tried on iphone 13 and 15

I want to make sure you're able to use the QuickBooks Online mobile app without any issues. 

 

In this case, I recommend clearing the app data to give it a refresh. This can be done in a few simple steps. Here's how:

 

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Select Apps (varies by device).
3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
4. Select clear data.
