Hello Brxcon,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'll be happy to shed some light here. The error "One or more line items do not have a progress type"  will occur when saving an invoice and leaving the due column blank. To avoid this error, you'll need to complete the form before saving it

  1. Select New in the Toolbar.
  2. Under Customers, select Estimate.
  3. Enter the information for the estimate and select Save.
  4. Select Create Invoice.
  5. In the How much do you want to invoice dialog that appears, select an option to specify how much you want to invoice.
  6. Select Create Invoice.
  7. If you choose Custom amount for each line, select each line and enter the Amount or Percentage to invoice in the Due column.
  8. Select Save.

Let me know if you are still experiencing any issues! Looking forward to your response. See you around.
