I'm wondering if there is a way to quickly change the language of the invoice back and forth from English to Spanish. We print a copy of our invoices out for our customers to keep for their records and we have several Spanish-speaking customers. I'd like to be able to switch it to Spanish, print it for the customer, and then switch it back to English for us. Is there a way to do that? For now I have been using Google translate and just copying and pasting so I'm just wondering if there's a quicker way that I'm unaware of. Thanks for any feedback guys!

Hi there, @kb19067.

I'll share some information about changing the language of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Currently, the option to change the language is only available for QBO international versions. With that, the option to change the language for QBO US version, isn't available.

Additionally, you can send feedback to our product development team. That way, they can study further about this feature and may add it to future product updates. Your input will help us identify the areas of improvement that need to be made.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Feedback.
  3. Type in your product suggestions, then click Next to submit feedback.

You can visit our QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website to track the status of your submitted feedback.

Moreover, you can change the language of your browser as a workaround since QBO will only depend on it.

For Google Chrome, here's how:

  1. Click the vertical ellipsis ⋮ icon located at the upper-right corner of the opened browser,
  2. Select Settings and choose Languages.
  3. From there, select Add Languages in the Language drop-down.
  4. Select the language you want to use and click Add.
  5. After that, select the vertical ellipsis ⋮ beside the language and then Display Google Chrome in this language checkbox.

To change the language for other browsers, just visit the Microsoft Forms website.

Furthermore, I'm attaching this link for future reference in personalizing your sales forms and managing invoice payments in QBO:
