Paid a fellow quickbook user for services that were not fulfilled. Is there something I can do?

I paid a mechanic service in Maui $6414 for some service work on a piece of equipment that I bought and shipped back here to Pennsylvania. After I paid him he failed to follow up with sending me back a very expensive part for the piece of equipment. Does quickbooks have a service for going after fellow users that have not delivered on their agreement?

I understand the importance of receiving an expensive part of the equipment. However, we're not liable for this contract, and I'll share why. 

 

QuickBooks accounting software helps you manage your cash flow and gets you tax-ready with tracking transactions. Therefore, we do not have any hold of the unfulfilled internal agreement you had with another user.
