I forgot my password

i tried to recover by getting a code on my email. 

 

but now they are asking for confirming my phone. but i dont have access to that phone anymore. 

 

what do i do

Since you lost access to your phone, you can still recover your password by utilizing our account recovery form. Our support team does not have access to updating or changing your account information in this process. Hence, you will make all the required changes for your own security. 

 

Before you proceed, please take note of the following:

 

  1.  You must take a high-quality photograph or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
  2.  Enter your information and upload your ID or document on the form.
  3. A link for resetting the password will be sent to you upon approval of your request from no_response@intuit.com within one business day.

 

To access the recovery form, visit this page: Recover your Intuit Account if you can’t sign in. From there, go to the I lost access to my phone or email address section.

Hello there

the link you sent me if for US only . 

I am from Pakistan so will the same form work coz when i was inputting the phone number it asked me only state code and number and i checked it was expecting a US number. Can you tell me how to go about doing this
