Password reset quickbooks Desktop Pro 2014

I was sent the automated password re set  tool and it does not recognise my Licence No and account information 

Can someone please contact me - [email address removed] 

I cannot access my accounts

Can you access CAMPS and find your license code there?

Another option, you can purchase a 3rd party service to reset the Admin password.

Who are the 3rd party people plz - also, tried calling support and its not open

I forgot my password and my email address has changed since I bought the Quickbooks Pro 2014; however, I do have the license number.

We can change your password and email using the Recover My Account feature in QuickBooks Desktop, Ana.

 

To change your password and email, visit this article and go to the I lost access to my phone or email address section, then locate the Recover my account.

 

Additionally, know that only you can update your Intuit Account. Our support team cannot access or modify your account information.
