Solved
I can't find the template or a way to align the print on paychecks, the print is about a 1/4 in. too high and wont align with the envelope windows.
I'll help you fix this, Derek R.
You can use the Alignment Grid to adjust the horizontal/vertical settings and make fine adjustments to the position of printed text on your checks. Additionally, you'll have to select Voucher (8 1/2" x 11") as the check style to ensure that the check will align with the envelope. Here's how to do it:
- Select File from the top menu bar, then choose Printer Setup.
- From the Form Name drop-down menu, select Check/Paycheck.
- For the check style, choose Voucher.
- Click the Align button.
- Hit Print Sample, then compare it to your pre-printed checks.
- Using the grid on the sample, adjust the horizontal and vertical settings, then click OK.
- Click Align again and print another sample.
- Compare the sample to your paycheck stock and adjust the alignment again as necessary.
- Repeat steps 4 through 8 until you have the alignment perfect.
