Paying rent on premises classed as disallowable

Hi, I pay rent on a premises which is my biggest outgoing per month. I have noticed this is classed as a disallowable expense. How can that be? Can anyone advise?

Any transaction categorized as Rent/Utilities/Insurance will show on the Self-Assessment summary under Rent, rates, power and insurance costs. 

 

From checking the background of our system, I can see there are figures posting as allowable on your 22/23 and 23/24 summary against this line.
