Payment Bill

Hello My name is Andrea Barboza and I have this question, I registered payment bill and selected the invoices i paid but why I'm looking the payment and the invoices in vendor report yet? I  need to do something else to go away this items from vendor account?

It's great to see you back in the Community! 

 

Before moving further, are you not able to review the bill or payment yet within the report? And are you using the Vendor Balance Detail report that my colleague suggested on another thread for you to use? 

 

Any additional screenshots of the report, bill, and payment will help as well if you would like to provide us with those. 

 

This will help us determine the next steps for you. I'll be waiting for your response!

I used vendor balance summary and i found the account.
