Payroll Migration error caused the QB Online backend team to duplicate 3 months of payroll

Hi! I'm at my wits end trying to get this error fixed. When I first migrated my QuickBooks info from desktop to online I wasn't able to use the payroll function because of a migration error. After going back and forth with customer service and the "backend" team I was finally able to start running the payroll in Online in April. However, there were still tax errors that remained unfixed (like a duplicate city tax line that is still unfixed after 7 months!) During the time I was unable to use online payroll I ran the payroll in desktop and added it manually to Online. When the backend team said they had finally fixed the payroll errors, they reuploaded 3 months worth of payroll (January through March) that I had already entered and reconciled in Online. Now my account has a discrepancy in my payroll reports of over $22,000! I was also hit with additional tax bills because it looked like I hadn't paid enough payroll taxes.  When I asked how to get this error fixed they told me I had to contact an accountant! Why in the world should I pay an accountant to fix their errors? Is there anyone here who can help me with this? Please? I need to run profit and loss reports and I can't because the numbers are way off.
