Pending Transactions Won’t Cancle!

I have the solopreneur checking for my business and there have been charges made that were refunded or canceled and have been sitting in pending for over 2 months. There’s no way to dispute it and the original sellers have all canceled the charges on their end. I’m getting very frustrated and would like my money. Please help!!

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a Human.
  3. Select either chat with us or have us call you.
  4.  Enter your concern and follow the onscreen prompts
