Pop up won't go away

I can imagine how these persistent pop-ups have been getting in the way of your tasks, krussell2. By adjusting the settings in the Preferences menu, you can lessen these advertisements and have a more seamless experience with QuickBooks.

Disabling pop-up messages for products and services in the Preferences menu will reduce advertisements while using QuickBooks. Here's how to do it:

1. On the top menu, go to Edit and then Preferences.
2. In the General section, head to the My Preferences tab.
3. Tick Turn off popup messages for products and services.
4. Click OK.

Please note that some may still appear even after setting the option to turn off pop-ups. In the meantime, you can close them manually. This way, our product development team can consider adding an option to permanently disable them and potentially address the issue in future updates.
