Premier 2011

I have not used QB for a while and now have a need to use it again.

So I installed an old copy of Premier 2011 on a new desktop PC and was able to set up a new company normally.

The only problem is that now all invoices, estimates, bills and refunds start from #1.

I remember being able to change that so they start for example from #260, but that was many years ago, so don't remember how.

Anybody can help?

As you create invoices & estimates, enter a new number and that will become the default.

 

Bills and bill refunds don't have sequential numbers, as each vendor supplies their own number on the invoices and credit memos they send, if at all. In any case, QuickBooks doesn't come up with defaults.
