Price Level List in Desktop Accountant

Is there a way to make the price level list show numerically in QB Desktop Accountant 2022?  I have so many and have to change price monthly for all my 100 customers.  The items in the price level list are all scattered all over the place.

Thank you for getting back and providing us with more details about the price level list, @thomastonmilk.

The feature to make the price level list show numerically is currently unavailable. That will be a great addition to the features we already have by making your pricing level list seem more organized.

I invite you to provide input to our developers so that this feature can be added to future releases. Rest assured, I'll do the same on my end.

Here's how:

  1. Select Send Feedback Online from the Help menu.
  2. Click the Product Suggestion from the drop-down menu.
  3. Fill out the on-screen instructions in the QuickBooks Feedback window.
  4. After that, click Send Feedback.

To create price rules with conditions based on customer, item, sales rep, and class, see this article: Setup and Use Advanced Pricing.

Check out this article: Customize customer, job, and sales reports in QuickBooks Desktop to keep track of your sales and expenses using predefined customer, job, and sales reports in QBDT.

Let me know in the Reply section if you have other concerns about the price level list or anything else in QBDT. I'm always around to help. Keep safe!

Hello there, @thomastonmilk. Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'll help you to set up the price level list to show numerically in QB Desktop Accountant.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Lists menu, then select Price Level List.
  2. Click the Detail column to show the numbers.

Moreover, you can also set up price rules. With this, you have more power and precision to set conditions for when QuickBooks changes an item's price. To get more details, click here: Use Advanced Pricing.

Have concerns or follow-up questions about price levels? Drop them anytime and I'll be happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a great day!

Thank you for responding.  When I click on Details in the price level list it only shows 'varies per item'.  There are no numbers there.   The numbers are under each customer in the 'edit price level' and that's what I need numerical.   I don't see anything in Advanced Pricing that allows it there either.    Any other suggestions?
