Primary Admin account was removed

Good morning. Our primary admin for our company was unable to log into her account one day. I logged in to see what happened, and she was no longer appearing as a user in our account. I invited her again to be a user, and when she tried to create an account, it said that she already had an account; however, she is unable to access it. I would like to know how to get her re-added so she is able to log in again.

Seems like this same shady stuff has been going on a lot lately.   

I saw another thread with this same issue just a week or two ago.  

I'll see if I can find the thread, using the search bar, to share here.

Hello, @estehlik2. I understand the challenges your primary admin (PA) is experiencing with her account.

 

I'd like to inform you that we recently had an open investigation related to a similar concern, which has since been successfully resolved. It appears that the issue your PA faced might be related to the same underlying problem. 

 

To address this promptly and effectively, I recommend that you get in touch with our support team. They'll be able to review your PA's account and perform further actions to resolve it. They can also raise a ticket to our engineering team if necessary.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.
