Prinr out customer information with phone number listed

In QB we are able to print out "Customer Information"  why is it that we cannot have the report included with the customers first and/or last name included?  (left out this one's last name for privacy reasons)

You can customize any report you generate in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Trish. This enables you to add or remove information to personalize the report for your needs. Allow me to show you how.

 

You'll need to modify your report to display the first name and last name when printing. Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Reports tab on the upper right. Then, select List.

2. Choose Customer Contact List.

3. Navigate to the Customize Report tab and select Display.

4. Search for Name, then tick the First Name or Last Name checkboxes.

5. Click OK to save.

 

Once done, you should see the customers' first and last names displayed on your report.
