Printer set up

I have a printer with 2 printer bays.  I would like to print normal pages on bay 1 and have my payroll checks in bay 2.  How can I set up payroll to only use bay 2?

Hello there.

 

I can see the advantage of setting the bay 2 printer to print payroll checks only as default for easy printing experience. However, it is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll.

 

Moreover, when printing payroll checks or ordinary documents, the computer system will be the one to route you to choose on which printer machine to use manually.

 

To ensure that you'll get to print payroll checks to a specific bay, kindly make sure to choose the correct one.
