Let me help you in printing the 1099 form, acareagaplumbing.

If you encounter trouble while printing your 1099 forms, it could be due to your web browser. To avoid this, we highly suggest using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as they are the recommended browsers. In case the issue persists even after using these browsers, you can follow the steps below.

For Chrome:

  1. Go to Chrome and select the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and security then Site settings.
  4. Select Additional content settings then PDF documents.
  5. Toggle Download PDF files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome.
  6. Try to print your 1099s again.

If it still prints the payer's name too high, on the print window, select the dropdown for More Settings to verify Fit to printable area or Fit to paper is not selected in the Scale dropdown.

For more info about changing your print alignment from your browser, see Print from Chrome.

For Firefox:

  1. Go to Firefox and select menu ≡, then Options.
  2. Select General.
  3. In the Applications section locate Portable Document Format (PDF).
  4. In the Action column select the dropdown and select your PDF viewer.
  5. Try to print your 1099s again.
