For some reason when I try to print an estimate it does not work, but invoices print just fine. What do I do?

Let me help you sort this out, @Cooper765

Before anything else, have you encountered an error while printing your estimates? If so, can you please provide me a screenshot of the error message you've received?

In the meantime, let's use a private browser or incognito mode to rule out any browser-related issues. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
  • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge

If the issue persists, you can refresh the website preferences, which may be causing problems when using QuickBooks. You can follow the steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues.

Once you can print your estimate, you can convert it to an invoice. You can also send personalized estimates to your customer. Check out this article to learn how it works: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts
