I recognize the significant impact that delays in printing invoices can have on your business, @hrevill. Allow me to share some insights and solutions to effectively resolve the printing issue.

To begin with, could you please specify the exact printing error message you've encountered? This information will help us offer precise solutions to your issue. In the meantime, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue and get you back to your business seamlessly. Firstly, ensure that your QuickBooks Desktop file is up-to-date so that your data reflects the latest product improvements. Then, run the Quick Fix My Program tool from the QuickBooks Tools Hub to help fix printing issues.

Here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. Download the most recent version (1.6.0.5) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  3. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  5. When the installation finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  6. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
  7. Select Quick Fix My Program.
  8. Start QuickBooks Desktop and open your data file.
