Kristine Mae - - As per your email went Incognito and in trying to print out the instructions for Chrome and E shut down unexpectedly.  Same issue.  I did clear the cookies and did no good in QB and printing issues.

I think is a print driver issue.  Recently undated to NPIA3B2D2 (HP Color LeasterJet MIP M277dw).  I gone to HP web site it this is the new drive download file for my printer.   Help.  Cannot continue using QB when I have to try to ptint one item 4-6 times for QB to print.  The issue is that Chrome shut down unexpecttively.

I really appreciate your help and solution.  I did have to re-setup my checks to print correctly but this was minor compared to not being able to print with one pass instead of 4-6 tries.

I use Quickbooks online on MAC OS with a HP printer. I never had any problems with printing before then suddenly the print was blurry and the pages exceeded any margins that normally were not an issue. I've tested the printer and it is working perfectly on everything else. Please help. Thank you.

For two payrolls now QuickBooks Online will not print pay stubs for direct deposit.  You hit the button and nothing happens.  Luckily it does print paychecks.  Is there a fix for this?

I regret to hear that you're experiencing issues with QuickBooks Online not printing pay stubs for direct deposit. Let me share some troubleshooting steps to resolve this.

You may have accumulated too much historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift + N

If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

Moreover, some web browsers have built-in pop-up blockers that may prevent the pay stubs from opening. Disable any pop-up blockers temporarily and try printing the pay stubs again. Follow:

If you're getting the same result, refer to this article for other troubleshooting steps: Fix Printing Issues.

Feel free to drop me a reply below if you have additional concerns. I'm determined to ensure your success.

Like i said it prints one but not the other, i cleared the history, cookies etc.   it’s not that.  It’s also a persistent problem.  None of those suggestions fixed the problem.
