I appreciate you reaching out with your concern, Angel511. I'm here to help you explore the options for printing labels for the items you've sold on a sales order.

Although QuickBooks Desktop doesn't offer a feature to print labels directly from sales orders, many third-party programs can help you accomplish that task.

In the meantime, I'm happy to guide you step-by-step on how to print your sales order with all the necessary item details to ensure accuracy.

Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Open the Sales Order for which you want to print item labels.
  2. Click on the "Print" dropdown menu on the top right of the screen.
  3. Select "Sales Order".
  4. Choose the label type and layout you prefer, and select the printer you want to use.
  5. Customize the label information and formatting if needed.
  6. Click "Print."

Additionally, if you have multiple forms in QuickBooks Desktop, you can print them all simultaneously.

Please note that the label format may vary depending on the type of the label and printer.
