Printing larger Font in Invoices.

Software I am using: Quick Book Pro 2019

I would like to try and make the fonts bigger WHEN PRINTING.

I highlight the text and try and change it that way but it is not working.

Please see copy of attached file to change the printing size.

I can help you on how to change the font size, pgg765.

 

You'll want to create a new invoice template. Or you can also continue editing your existing template. Here's how:

  1. Go to the List menu and select Templates.
  2. Locate and double-click to an existing template.
    (To create a new one, select New from the Template drop-down.)
  3. From the Change Font For: section, select Data.
  4. Click on the Change Font button.
  5. On the pop-up, select your desire Font Name, Style, and Size, then click OK.
  6. Click on the Print Preview to see how it looks.
  7. Select OK to save it.

Once done, open or create an invoice. From the Template drop-down, select the template you've created.

can you provide images along with this description for each step? rarely do I find the description matching the steps on QuickBooks online.  is it "lists" or "all lists" cannot locate templates.  i just need to change font size on outgoing PDF invoices.

You may customize the font on your invoice template. What kind of error you have found?

Did you try on Lists > Tempates > [your invoice template] ?
