Printing of a delivery note

You can utilize the Print packing slip in QuickBooks Online (QBO) since it contains the same function with printing delivery note in UK version, ChristinaPR. Let me walk you through this process. 

Before printing your delivery notes, it's best to review your Custom Form Style first so we can ensure that you have the correct format before you can print the Packing Slip. After ensuring that you already have correct formats, you can now proceed with printing the Packing Slip. 

Here's how: 

Step 1: Review your Custom Form Styles

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Custom Form Style
2. Find the invoice template your currently using, then click the Edit option. 
3. Go to the Content tab, then click the section that you'd want to edit.
4. You can modify the data that you want to include or exclude as you print your data.
5. Once done, click Done.

Step 2: Print the Packing Slip

1. Go to the Sales menu, then choose the Customers tab. 
2. Click the customer's name.
3. Put a checkbox beside the transaction's date then click the Batch Actions dropdown. 
4. You can either click the Download or Print icon. 
5. If you click the Print icon, follow the onscreen process to print your Packing Slip.
