If you don't have a backup file, then we need to manually make corrections to the accountant's copy.
Here's how:
- Go to the File menu and select Send Company File.
- Select Accountant's Copy then choose Client Activities.
- Import Changes:
- If you have an Accountant’s Changes file (.qby), select "Import Accountant Changes from File" and browse for the file.
- If using the Accountant's Copy File Transfer Service, select "Import Accountant’s Changes from Web" and follow the prompts.
- Then, review changes.
