Problems while Refreshing Excel Sync.

Hello. I noticed that when I create an excel export, then the Excel interface has this Menu item named "Quickbooks", which gives me the option "Update Report". Very handy feature, but it breaks when another file is open. Then it doesn't refresh and if I open it again. The addin is gone! I have to go back to Quickbooks to recreate the file so I can have the feature "Update Report" restored.

You must meet the following requirements in each area for QuickBooks to work flawlessly with Excel:

 

  • Operating Systems
  • Database Servers
  • Browser Requirements
  • Hardware and Operating system requirements (client and server)
  • Software compatibility
  • Firewall and antivirus software compatibility

We can also try updating Windows to the most recent version. This way, we make sure that it's compatible with the program.
