product in chart of accounts but not on list of products on sales receipt

I am a volunteer treasurer, not a bookkeeper  for a small orchestra. I use QB on line.
Donations_Chamber is listed in the chart of accounts, just like other donation categories (e.g., Donations_Concert, Donations_Cookies,etc).  But, unlike the other categories (that I created long ago), Donations_Chamber is not included in the list of products/services on the Sales Receipt, so I cannot apply these donations to the chamber concert. 

It was there in June, for the last chamber concert, but it is not there now. Last June, when I first tried to create this category/product, it wasn't working either, so I deleted it, then added it again. So now when I run the report for the last fiscal year (July-June), the income is credited to "Donations_Chamber (deleted)", which is not particularly helpful. But, anyway, so now it is not there at all.
