My team member can no longer search for product/service entry from the search bar in the product service listing page.  We need this ability to quickly locate the listing and edit it when our prices change. 


Is anyone else experiencing this?  How do we rectify it?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community. I am happy to help. Could you let your team member use a private browser to see if the same thing is happening? I want to rule out if this is a browser-related issue. 

 

If you notice that it is working, this means that your cache needs to be cleared. Follow the steps to clear the cache for your browser:
