Have series of favorites and after update none are listed. Why are QB programmers causing more issues for us than help. Sorry but seems like recurring problem with updates

I understand that you need clarification on why your favorites were deleted after QuickBooks updated its software. Allow me to share some information about this matter.

In Quickbooks, certain updates were made to improve customer experience. Since QuickBooks values your feedback, our programmers are working their best to update the software. Also, rest assured that before they release their updated program, programmers have their quality testing.

Since you mentioned having favorites in QuickBooks, can you tell me more about your favorite that was removed or deleted after an update? Any additional information would help me check for answers to address your questions better.

Please don't hesitate to provide any further details or address your concerns. I'll be here waiting for your response. Stay safe.

@IrizA   and ANY other Intuit/ QB employee that decides to respond,

"In QuickBooks, there are updates because most users are sending their feedback."

That's an absolute lie!!!

NO ONE that works for this crappy company cares what the customers want.

@accounting476 , I just saw another post that was having the same issue.  My Favorites, however, are still where they should be.  (But that doesn't mean they will stay there).

We recognize the importance of utilizing QuickBooks effectively.

Our top priority is to ensure that you can use the program with ease and without any difficulties. We are currently in the process of gathering feedback and suggestions regarding the new QuickBooks. If you have any suggestions, please send them to us so that our software engineers can take them into consideration and possibly include them in future updates. Here is how you can do it:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
  2. Type in your feature request.
  3. Click Next to submit.

You'll want to personalize the data in your sales forms moving forward. Refer to this article:  Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

Get back to me by clicking the Reply button below if you have other concerns, and I'm always ready to provide information. I'll circle back to you at any time. Have a good one.

You're failing miserably.  I haven't seen one recent change that doesn't make things worse than they were before.
