How can we add a Project Name to the Estimate and Invoice? We do multiple projects per client, and we would like the estimate and invoice to indicate which project we're referring to. Thanks!

I understand how important it is to add project names as for easier tracking.

 

We can add a field using a customized template to add the project name. Here's how to do it:

 

  1. Head to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom form styles. Then, choose your invoice or estimate template.
  3. Go to the Content section.
  4. Click the Pencil icon on the first box.
  5. Scroll down, look for Manage custom fields, and click on it.
  6. Select the Add field.
  7. Type: "Project Name" in the Name box.
  8. Choose your preferred form type by checking the boxes.
  9. Click the toggle to turn on the Print on form setting.
  10. Hit Save.
