Proofpoint customer is receiving when trying to pay invoice online

One of my customer is trying to pay some invoices online, but they're getting error. They're getting the message Proofpoint. How do we/they by pass this? I attach the error message from customer.

The error they are receiving isn't associated with any of the QuickBooks products and is happening outside of the QuickBooks product.
