When I open QB, I can't access it. All the tab functions are greyed out.

Which MacOS do you run? Did you just upgrade it?

OS 10.13.6

As I know QB Desktop 2015 still supports High Sierra. Try reinstall your program to make sure.

Next troubleshoot, install the trial version of QB Desktop 2016 or 2019.
