I'm here to lay down some details to help you with the QuickBooks Desktop copy you purchased from Amazon.
Resellers may offer subscription-based or one-time licenses for QuickBooks Desktop. Did you recently purchase the program? If that's the case, we'll want to reach out to Amazon's support regarding the details of the license, and see if they can replace it. We can also ask them about the account details if any.
However if Amazon is unable to check the license details, we'll want to contact our support. One of our support agents will be able to help you with the license details and ensure you'll be able to use the program again.
Here's how to reach them:
- Go to our out-of-product support link.
- Set QuickBooks Enterprise as the product, then proceed with Continue.
- When asked, we can enter something like "QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise from Amazon suddenly expired" or similar.
- Hit Continue, then choose how you want to reach us.
I'll also add that our agents can also help you with the renewal if license is already expired.
