QB business debit card won't verify on apple pay

I received a replacement business debit card from QuickBooks. When i set it up on apple pay i never receive a verification code. QB and Greendot unable to resolve this issue.

To receive a verification code, ensure that the email and phone number associated with your QuickBooks Payment/Checking setup are accurate.

 

On the other hand, if the code was sent via email, please check your spam and junk folders. Yet, if it was sent through the phone number, I recommend contacting Apple Pay support to check and investigate this problem by going to the Official Apple support site.

 

If everything is working on their end, contact our QuickBooks Payments support to narrow a further investigation of this problem.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. From Help at the top right, select Contact Us.
  3. Type in a brief description of your concern, select Let's Talk, or Start a chat.
