QB Commerce SUNSET 8/31/2023 but what time of day? is this for the USA only at the end of the day in which time zone? Or at the beginning of the day 8/31/23 again which time zone?

At this time, we are unable to provide an exact time frame for the sunset date. Rest assured that it will happen at some point throughout the day on August 31, 2023, and it might happen at various times for different customer groups. That said, I encourage you to export everything from your QuickBooks Commerce account prior to the sunset date, just to be safe.

I would like for the disconnection to happen since we were told 8/31/23. Today 9/1/23 still connected. DAY 8 and still can't access my inventory inside of QBO.

QuickBooks Commerce's inventory management solution will no longer receive support after August 31, 2023. We have discontinued the development of QuickBooks Commerce as a standalone product and instead focus on incorporating e-commerce features into QuickBooks Online. Before we begin, may I know if you receive a specific error message as you manage your inventories? 

 

Furthermore, there is a possibility that specific customers will be able to use the application even after the discontinuation date, as our team will be implementing the policy in stages. Therefore, while you may still have access to it today, please be aware that it will eventually be discontinued in the coming days.

 

Furthermore, inventory can be accessed by using the QuickBooks Online Plus and the Advanced version, and see to it that the inventory feature is enabled to let QuickBooks track your product and services. 

 

Additionally, if the data is still related to E-Commerce, we can contact customer support to request an export of your QuickBooks Commerce account data.
