QB Community web-page always starts with page 1 when displaying a post

I just wanted to report 2 observations when searching posts on the QB Community web-site.

1) I look for any posts I am interested in, or I just scroll though page by page. Here it would be helpful to see if the post was related to QB online or desktop. I am using the desktop version, thus, would skip any posts related to QB online.

Currently I have to go into the post to see if its related to QBO.

2) when I am on subsequent pages and go into a post then come out again, the web-site always goes back at page 1 instead of remaining on the page I was when reading a post. This is rather annoying as I have to go back to the page I was (if I remember it) then continue from there.

I just wanted to mention it to make it more convenient navigating through your web-site.

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, gerdgoebel. We take your observations extremely seriously as they help us find and implement corrective action. I'll take note of your feedback and forward it to the appropriate team so that we can improve your overall QuickBooks Community experience. Let me also provide additional information on how the Community page works.

You can filter the Community page so it'll only appear post that is related to QuickBooks Desktop. To do this, you can click this link, then choose the Showing help for drop-down arrow and select QuickBooks Desktop. Then, go to the Community section.

Please keep in mind that if you close the tab from which you accessed the Community post and then reopen it, you will be redirected to the beginning page. That could be why the website keeps returning to page one. I recommend refraining from closing the tab if you want to open another page or similar topic so you may return to the page you were on when you last read a post.

Lastly, you can refer to each article below that'll help you further guidelines in effectively managing your business using QuickBooks.

Get back to the thread if you have any other questions about utilizing QuickBooks Community, gerdgoebel. You can always count on me. Keep safe always.

@gerdgoebel

The back page button in the browser does not work with this platform. When you click the button, the page will be refreshed and automatically go to page 1 with the latest updates, instead of returning to the previous page.

I would recommend that when you move between pages and are interested in reading one topic, you should open it on a new page.
