QB Desktop Pro 2021 premature Bankfeed termination

Can anyone shed light on why the importing of bankfeed info (qbo) was prematurely ended on 5/29/24 vs the 05/31/24 stated date?  I called support and was on hold for 45 minutes, then disconnected. Chat 18 minutes, then disconnected. What is going on Intuit?

Hey there, @ColdCrush

Thanks for coming to the Community with your question.

Since this is a public platform, we're unable to review your account to see what could be causing this to happen. I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team again to get the assistance you need. Here's how:

Use the callback feature so they can use a screen share tool to look over your account with you.

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Hit the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
  3. Press the Contact Us button.
  4. Enter your question and tap Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.

Note: Let them know that an QuickBooks Community Specialist sent you to them and your experience with the other individuals in support.

Please let us know how contacting support goes this round. We want to ensure that this problem get fixed as soon as possible. I'll be waiting for your response!

Following up because you asked ...

had to use chat because no one calls back.  Chatted with a pleasant rep F. Angelica.  According to her this was a know issue and she would have to contact the development team for follow up.

BUT ... if was a known issue, why isn't support prepped with a known Solution??

I was told I would have to wait for an email, typically 24-48 hours.

BUT ... this potential will arrive outside of the permanent cutoff  for online banking of 05/31/24.

Given that the cutoff was premature as of 05/29/24, I would think and expect Inuit to make it right, and quickly.  So far, disappointed in the process.

Thank you for your interest.
