In preparation for tomorrow, I've printed my checks with 3/1 on them but don't see them on the expense list. Will it show tomorrow? Or do I need to wait and print checks tom

I can provide you with some useful insights on how to locate the printed checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @gdrake.

First, it is important to note that printed checks can't be found in the Expense List tab. However, you can see them by running a Check Detail report and customizing it by selecting the printed check details.

Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, click on the Reports tab in the left navigation pane.
  2. In the report search field, type Check Detail.
  3. Click on the Customize button located in the upper right corner.
  4. In the Filter section, select Check Printed and click the dropdown arrow to select the Printed option.
  5. Click on Run report.
